At Doing the Work, we want to have every part of your shopping experience be joyful. Every piece is created just for you — printed on demand — so we ask for a little patience while your order is prepared. Here’s everything you need to know:
Shipping

Processing time: All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
(Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or postal delays.)

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply on orders over €50

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
🌱 Note: Because we print on demand, items in the same order may arrive separately if produced at different facilities closer to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Wrong size ordered: Because each item is made to order, we can’t offer exchanges or returns for size issues. Please double-check the size guide before purchasing.

Change of mind: As we print on demand, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
How to start a return or replacement

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
